We are not human beings going through a temporary spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings going through a temporary human experience.
Greetings! My name is Jim H. Moreno. I’m a freelance writer currently working with two websites: Armchair General and WarCry Network. I am also the Keeper of the RP Archives, a blog for MMORPG roleplayers. I’m a semi- professional photographer, having been trained by and having worked for the U.S. Army and a Lifetouch photography studio. I’m also an avid gamer: wargames, strategy games, RPG’s, adventure games, survival horror games and MMORPG’s. I spent much of my younger years serving America in the U.S. Army, traveling the world (22 countries and 25 states) with the 82nd Airborne Division and the North Carolina National Guard. I’ve been a student of the martial arts since age 10, and it’s become as much a part of me as breathing. I’m seeking to return to that traveling style of Life, because there is just so much more that I want to see and do while I’m here.
I mainly use this blog as a way to reach out to my daughter, somewhere out there, whom I have not seen since 1992. Maybe through the network of online people who frequent this site I’ll find her, or she’ll find me. My aim is to pour myself into this site, what I am, what I feel, what I think about, what things interest me, to serve as an archive about me should she ever seek to find me and want to know about me. I know very well it is possible I may never see her again, but I can still hope. In case I don’t, this site will have to do as far as letting her know as much about me as possible. I write as if I’m talking to her, like a father and daughter should do. Any others who happen along to read and comment are welcome to do so.
